Epping Road is also numbered as state Highway 27.  We're 1 mile east of Hwy 101, exit number 9 in a gray, wooden building.  Look for our sign (as picture above) with a lighthouse graphic on it.  Also, be sure to take notice of the posted speed limits on Epping Road, as it's a strict enforcement area for local police.

From I-95 exit 2

From toll booth, head west (towards Exeter) on State Route 101 to Exit 9.Turn left at end of ramp to Hwy 27(Epping Rd.) and follow it for approximately 1 mile.

From Route 101 heading East

As you approach Exeter, take exit 9.Turn right at end of ramp on to Hwy 27 (Epping Rd.) and follow it for approximately 1 mile.
